The Violet Roadkills are Stevie Kavanagh on bass, Graham Gilligan on synth & programming, Valerio Pengue on guitars and Mick Power on drums. Influenced by such genres as Electronica, Krautrock, Dance and Ambient, their live shows are gaining a growing fanbase and the band are becoming a regular act on the Irish live scene. They played the Main Stage at Life Festival 2012 and Castlepalooza with Plaid and their work has appeared on several compilations and film soundtracks and has been selected to appear on music websites such as NME and Hot Press. The band released their debut EP ‘Tetramer’ in March 2012 and have started work on their 2013 album ‘Lead Kindly Light’ which will be available this Spring.
